Team SAFE-T’s lesson plans, discussion topics,
activity worksheets and take-home assignments
are approved by the California Department of Education
to meet state mandates for earthquake and fire
preparedness statewide and winter weather preparedness
in Northern California.
In this section, grades 6 – 8 are introduced
to a higher level of first aid and preparedness.
Lessons include learning what to do during and
after an earthquake, along with building family
disaster supplies kits, planning for special needs
and what to do in emergencies.
